Biography

Mr. Chandarasy Khun is the Director of International Cooperation at the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC). In this role, he leads bilateral and multilateral engagements with central banks and international organizations, including the IMF, World Bank, and ADB. Previously, Mr. Khun served as Deputy Director of the Reserve Management Department at NBC, where he led the investment strategy team, oversaw portfolio managers, and directed risk management initiatives. With over a decade of experience, he has managed diverse portfolios such as money market, U.S. Treasury bonds, and tactical asset allocation strategies. Mr. Khun holds a Master of Science in Banking and Finance (Investment Professional) from the University of Luxembourg and a Master of Commerce specialized in Finance from Charles Sturt University, Australia. He has passed CFA Level 1 and Level 2 exams and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Teesside University, UK. His expertise supports Cambodia's financial stability and global policy collaboration.
