Biography

Chandarashy Khun serves as the Deputy Director of the Reserve Management Department at the National Bank of Cambodia. In this role, he leads the investment strategy team, oversees portfolio managers, and directs risk management initiatives. With over a decade of experience in portfolio management, Mr. Khun has successfully managed a wide array of portfolios, including Money Market Portfolios, U.S. Treasury Bond Portfolios, and Tactical Asset Allocation strategies. Mr. Khun holds two master’s degrees: a Master of Science in Banking and Finance (Investment Professional) from the University of Luxembourg, and a Master of Commerce with a specialization in Finance from Charles Sturt University, Australia. He has also passed the CFA Level 1 and Level 2 examinations, further demonstrating his expertise in investment management and financial analysis. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Teesside University in the United Kingdom, further advancing his knowledge and leadership in the field. Mr. Khun’s extensive professional experience and strong academic background underscore his commitment to excellence in reserve management and his ongoing contributions to Cambodia’s financial sector.
