Biography

Yamunu Ranatunga currently works as the Deputy Director of the Investment Management Department of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Yamunu had been working in the stream of portfolio management for the last 18 years whilst overseeing the management of country’s largest foreign investment portfolio. She carries experience in fixed income security trading, money market, rates, and commodities. She holds a master’s in economics and public policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Osmania University, India.
